Leaders and Groups offer no-cost lactation support to their local communities. LLLI-Accredited Leaders are available 24/7 for one-to-one help and often hold in-person or virtual meetings and events. Leaders can be available to talk, text, email, or video chat.

Groups by Area
LLL Alliance is divided by Areas, or geographic regions, within the United States. Each Area contains Groups and Leaders that serve their communities. You can find local breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and lactation assistance by contacting Groups directly.
